NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Ely will hold a Public Hearing on December 2, 2025 at Ely City Hall, Council Chambers at 209 E Chapman St, Ely, Minnesota at 5:15pm regarding Ordinance 395 regarding the rezone of 15 N 3^rd Ave W and 25 N 3^rd Ave W from P2 to R2.

The 1^st Reading of the Ordinances are on the city website at https://www.ely.mn.us/ordinances
