Ely Economic Development Authority
Purpose:
The Ely Economic Development Authority (EEDA) is a public body corporate and politic and a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, formed to serve the economic development needs of the City of Ely.
The Authority shall be governed by all requirements of MN Statutes 469.090et. seq., the Enabling Resolution No. 1993-09 passed by the Ely City Council and any amendments to the Resolution which may be enacted in the future.
